First and foremost, I'm a mother to three awesome kids, identical twin boys and a fearless daughter, ages 12 and 8. Needless to say, they are my world and this life is full of memories that I'm happily collecting along the way! In the downtime of this journey, it fulfills my soul to share about clean products I love that can help you ward off toxins that surround you in everyday life. 

My curiosity around clean living began in 2017 after I became very aware of the toxins in literally everything we had in the house. I had no idea how far our world had been intruded with things that poison our lives ... as we voluntarily put them into our and our family's bodies every day. 

Today I continue to strive toward the best version of clean living for myself and my family while also sharing my findings here for you, in hopes that you choose a healthier life too!!

At the core of my soul, I am an empath... I naturally take stock in how other people feel and strive to help everyone realize their true worth, internally and externally. Your day starts with you every time...the choices you make from start to finish directly affects your mood...and you are the key to realizing your own happiness in a healthy life.
